This site is operated by Matt Williams, a licensed Florida insurance agent. This page says what we collect, where it goes, and what we never do with it.

What the quote form collects

If you ask for a quote, the form collects your name, phone number, ZIP code, what you need covered, and how you'd like to be contacted. There is also an optional "current company" field. If you fill it in, it goes to the agent in the email about your request.

Every quote request also logs your IP address and your browser's user agent. We use those records to block spam and abuse.

The form also has an optional checkbox for text messages. If you check it, we record that you checked it, the time, your IP address, your browser's user agent, and the version of the consent wording you saw. The law requires that record for text consent. The box is never pre-checked, you can get a quote without it, and replying STOP to any text ends them.

Reading the rest of the site asks for nothing — no account, no sign-up.

Where your information goes

Quote requests are stored in Airtable, the database we use for leads. Each request is also emailed to the agent, and a text alert reaches the agent through SignalWire. Those services hold the data only to make that work.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with marketers. It goes to one licensed Florida insurance agent so they can call you back.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests while we're working with you, then as long as insurance and consumer-protection laws require — text-consent records, for example, must be kept. Want something deleted sooner? Email us and we'll delete whatever the law allows.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It is cookieless: it counts visits without cookies, without fingerprinting, and without following you to other sites.
